Welcome
Welcome to the Carolina Kennel Club web site. We were founded in 1938 and are proud to be the oldest kennel club in North Carolina. We became an AKC (conformation authority only) MEMBER club in 1938. In 2000, the CKC added to this membership the authority to also conduct all breed obedience competition at our shows.
Located in the central part of the state, our membership resides primarily in Guilford Counties. For more than 70 years we have sponsored conformation events for Pure Bred Dogs
We are dedicated to our community and support local canine rescue and spay/neuter programs. CKC also recognizes it's members' participation in AKC performance events.
